What is Firefighter Access?

The Firefighter Access feature in SailSethu enables administrators to grant temporary emergency access to users when urgent actions are required.

In certain situations, users may need elevated permissions to resolve production issues. Firefighter Access allows this break-glass access to be granted instantly while maintaining governance, as permissions are automatically revoked once the specified time expires.
